At MyPacking, we believe in simplicity and transparency. All of our product prices include door-to-door delivery, so there are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs. The price you see is the total price you pay, with delivery included to your specified address.

2. Processing Time

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. The processing time varies depending on the nature of the product, particularly for custom-designed packaging. Please refer to the product description for detailed information on processing times.

- Standard Processing Time: Begins as soon as your order is placed.
- Custom Orders Processing: May take longer depending on the complexity of the order and design requirements.

3. Delivery Information

Delivery times depend on the product you purchased and your location. Specific delivery estimates are provided in each product description, so you can have a clear understanding of when to expect your order.

Since our pricing includes door-to-door delivery, you won’t need to worry about any additional shipping fees or surcharges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order’s progress until it reaches your door. 5. Shipping and Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations globally. However, please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about delivery to your specific location, please contact our team before placing your order to confirm eligibility.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or transportation disruptions. 7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@mypacking.co.uk with your order details. We will investigate and, where necessary, arrange for a replacement or a refund. In cases of damaged goods, we may ask for photos of the damaged packaging or products to assist with the claim.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
